Blaze, I keep forgetting to tell you. Macy is freaking me out. I think she has 12 tops, maybe more. How many tops did you get? I can't remember and I've read your novel once but didn't commit it to memory yet.

Some of you are asking why I haven't found someone already since the thread is so long. I posted this on June 3, 2009 so that's really not very long. I mean some of you sound like my parents already. Knock it off.:peace:

Here's a pic of the trichs of the top that I pulled too early. It's been drying for 5 days.

I'm sure there's other ex-Navy guys on this site. Is your daughter enlisted or officer? I was a peon enlisted guy on a few ships during my time in the Navy. Hated it. The officers had it much better, tho.

What kind of ship is she on? (No need to name the ship). I was never on a ship that allowed females. Except the occasional midshipmen on a short trip. We did spend some time in port with Tenders that had females onboard. All kinds of rumors of sex, pregnancies and overall drama. I'm sure your lovely offspring wouldn't engage in any of those shenanigans, tho.

Those packages you send mean a lot. I remember getting those from home when I was underway. They were few and far between, but it was an awesome feeling when you got a big box full of home made cookies, treats, underwear, and stuff I can't even recall right now. Not everyone got those, so you always shared with your shipmates. You kept the underwear for yourself.

Ah, I remember waking up in the morning, pulling open the curtain to my bunk and greeted to some naked dude scratching himself. Good times. Did I mention I hated the Navy? What I wouldn't give to run into some of those moron Officers that ran my division. Holy shit what a bunch of idiots, with a few exceptions.

Sorry, forgot this was about you. That was good therapy, tho - thanks. I haven't thought about the Navy in a long time. I don't mean to be a downer on your daughters career. It can be an awesome career for certain people.
