Any stores in Denver sell to out of state tourists, no medical card?

50 year old person, Texas driver license, no medical card (obviously). The person is a medical user, though. Hoping to get a medicinal grade indica or indica dominant strain, nothing too unusual. for example , northern lights would be fine.

Please don't chastise me. I know this question has probably been asked and answered and i could search for it, but i am not feeling so hot this evening and am looking to get off computer soon and into bed. (The light from the screen makes me feel worse).

Thanks.

You need to be a resident of Colorado to get a Colorado mmj card. Otherwise a person could risk Craig's.

Of cause you would need to be a legal cardholder.
Not to be rude or disrespectable but is the OP really naive enough to be asking such a question in a public forum :?:
thanks for suggestion. they may try that.
Is this the thread for comedians or Colorado Patients :?:

Yup january retail will open but it will be 50 an 8 th and out of staters are limited
Is this for real :?: :?:

I don't buy the crap but mex weed can be had any time at 60 oz. I know how much people want better quality but at what point does quality turn to lunacy? Are there really that many people willing to spend a dollar for 10 cents worth of improvement? Perhaps society does not realize how sick the patients really are.
I realize there are many different opinions and views on weed but, Common logic would tend to indicate prices like this will only prop-up Mexican brick sales. Sure there will be plenty of tourists willing to take a trip for a legal high. Only time will tell but I do not believe legal weed will have any impact on illegal weed unless it is only to increase profit and sales of Mexican bricks. As legalization spreads, if such prices are maintained, I see future Canadians giving Mexicans a little competition. GM, Ford and Chrysler are all living proof of the power behind cheap imports.

In January we should see pretty much the same products that are available in the current dispensaries. I believe the 1st retail shop licenses will only go to current med shop owners. Not every dispensary sell seed but those that do should be selling them to retail customers as well. The only thing is retail = higher price due to taxes.

Well first off dispensaries only sell kind bud, you wont see commercial schwag anywhere because no one wants it, if you are a resident you can get your med card and spend 99-200 an ounce, but for tourists..... 50.00 an 8th and you cannot have more than a quarter on you i believe it is

I know it's leaning that way! Even if it's expensive through retail first, at least things are on the right track with legalization.
