just a reminder, as of 4/1/13, you CANNOT trade or purchase clones from anyone in michigan, according to the new laws and the mcqueen supreme court ruling, even if it means FREE trades or giing them away. from now on, NEVER do a craigslist trade, it could be a trap, and you could face jailtime. words of wisdom, be safe out there.Hello has anyone ever purchased clones off craigslist and haven't been disappointed? I always hear about the problems people have with craigslist and budtrader with mites, pm and just plain terrible quality. I pulled the trigger once and was disappointed with the quality.
I seen someone had og raskal wifi up for donation. Just trying to figure out should give cl or trader another shot.
Is this true? I think it only applies to meds.just a reminder, as of 4/1/13, you CANNOT trade or purchase clones from anyone in michigan, according to the new laws and the mcqueen supreme court ruling, even if it means FREE trades or giing them away. from now on, NEVER do a craigslist trade, it could be a trap, and you could face jailtime. words of wisdom, be safe out there.
legally speaking you're safe as the person procuring the meds. the sellers could be in some shit, but a patient is able to obtain any way necessary. This of course doesn't apply to people looking to rob you or rip you off etc.I've always worried about using CL and haven't so far. But I've recently found myself in somewhat of a jam and have been considering using it.
I lost everything in my garden due to a hospital stay and really don't have time to wait on ordering and starting over from seedlings. I haven't really networked well since there's no Compassion clubs in this area. It absolutely has me scared to try this path so I'm not real sure what to do next!
Really nervous of taking this route with good cause. So any other suggestions would be helpful.
not true. patients can get it from anywhere legally speaking. sellers are carrying all the burden when the 2 parties aren't connected thru the registry. the act is pretty clear that a patient can acquire however necessary.this applies to any and all forms of meds, plants, clones, cuttings, everything. you can ONLY get meds from you designated CG, or designated dispensary.
the man.. squeezing every last option to legally obtain meds in Mi.
its still illegal for BOTH parties (seller and buyer) if they are not legally LARA paperwork connected. however, its the seller that gets arrested, not the buyer. sure any P to CG purchace/sell is legal, as long as its on your hard card and or paperwork. this in not the issue in this thread. its about buying meds/plants w/o a designated CG.not true. patients can get it from anywhere legally speaking. sellers are carrying all the burden when the 2 parties aren't connected thru the registry. the act is pretty clear that a patient can acquire however necessary.
so the buyer is protected even if they are purchacing from a non-designated source? but the seller is still at risk and takes the jail sentence. hmm, myself, and 10 of my other grower/CG friends have mistaken the new April 1 2013 laws then.Demon the buyer is protected if they are a patient. Your information is wrong............ The buyer IS PROTECTED.........
100% correct. patients have more rights and protections under the law than caregivers. which i guess makes sense since the law was designed for the patientsYou do not have to have a designated caregiver and there is no such thing as a designated dispensary.......
