Any suggestions on how to ingest shrooms?

Oh, I take it back....haystacks. I took like an ounce of dried shrooms ground them into powder, mixed them with melted chocolate, coconut flakes, and rice
crispies. Make 16 scoops of it spooned onto wax paper. Each haystack has a half eighth of caps in it.

Be careful though because heat degrades the psylosybin

But seriously, either get a shitload and make some crystals (something I have yet to do, but really want to), or just munch 'em. They're just shrooms....

I've had friends do the same with orange juice, seems acid would make sense, yet i have always crushed up and mixed with water, drank it all down.
