any tip on this??

Absolutely not, you will kill it watering like that. You only water once the pot has gone dry and the plant starts to droop a little. It varies depending on conditions but that usually means every few days to weekly at first and then more as the plant gets bigger and uses water faster.

Don't think that because the hydro systems run water a few times a day that you can do the same with soil. You can't.

And if you mean you have a 100w standard incandescent, you need to ditch that for cfl's or flouro's at least.
You could get a couple of these lights really cheap if you seriously want to grow and get ounces if done right:

It would be better to do 18/6 on it instead of 24. Since plants need darkness to grow. I think watering the plant 2 times a day seems a little too much. I water mines every 2 days or when the soil feels dry. That plant looks hella stretch. How far is the light and what kind. 6500k for veg and 3000k for flower. Nice though. So thats a male plant then?

Post some pics of your grow setup and lights. Will make it easier. Also, is that 2 weeks from when you started germinating or 2 weeks from when you dropped it in the soil?

Put the light closer if you can, if its a normal light then it wont be that hot.
If it burns your hand it burns the plant. Put it as c,ose as u can without burnin it.

dude... 2 weeks? is that possable? this is my 2 plants at 2 weeks... and you cant know that its a male... its imposable... and i grew that uner 52 watts... so idk man... im still confused i cant help untill i know some shit.

how long has it been a little plant in the dirt? what kind and watt (not equivelent) are you using?

(plants werent that yellow... bad lighting.)

heres my setup

From what I can see here is a few things you need to do.

1. Get the light closer cause as stated before its stretching like a mofo.
2. Lose the tin-foil as it creates more problems than it does good. (hot spots)
3. Line it with white computer paper or something white, anything is better then tin-foil.
4. Get an oscillating fan on those.
5. If you live in an area where pot is illegal then be smart and remove your photo from the first post.

Here is a pic of mine after 6 days from the seed. You can see im using CFL and keeping them really close.
