Any types of bulbs that create heat only?

With winter approaching I'm wondering if there's any type of lamp that I can put in my grow room which is in an attic to keep it warm. Like a lamp that creates heat only and no light or something. I have a tiny portable heater but that thing draws 12 amps by itself. I'd like to tackle it now before it becomes an issue, any suggestions?

We used to buy some kind of red spot lights for the chickens in the winter. I think they were inferred. Not much light but lots of heat.

its called a heat lamp. . .
