Anybody else having trouble ordering from attitude?

I went to place an order for 5 fem trainwreck seeds by greenhouse, and the freebies that go with the promo they have going right now. It won't go through. It has nothing to do with my credit card, and it wont go to step three of the ordering process where I put my cc number in. Anybody know whats up? I really dont want to miss out on this promo. :(:wall:

Status:INVALID

Status Detail:3138 : The BillingState format is invalid.

I had my homeboy try on his computer too and it wouldnt let him do step three either. And he usually never has problems with them, he just placed his last order friday with no problem. I made an account, put my address in, chose my delivery options and how I was going to pay. Next it says to click the next button to go to a secure payment page. When I do, it shows that the transaction attempt has failed. Doesnt even give me a chance to put in my cc number.

it could be thier servers, just imagine how many people are ordering now that the sale is on, try calling them and doin the order by phone, if you do phone them, the less rude u r the more freebies u get, 1a my friends was real rude to them, no freebies, another 2 guys were really polite n nice, got EXTRA freebies.

well if you have to do it online, then do it at a time that not many people will attempting to be access the server, do it at bout 10,11,12 maybe even 1 or 2 in the mornin, its basiclly a keep tryin scenario, inevitably it will work.

I stayed up all night trying to get it to work. I sent them two emails, just got the same ' we're sorry you're having trouble, please make sure all details are 100% right or try calling us!'. Which now the promo is over, so im not even trying to waste money with them. That was a big fail.

Agreed. Attitude fails to meet the bar when it comes to customer service......we should still be allowed to get this promo....what BS

Im boycotting atttiude.....my nigga Dr. Chronic NEVER did me wrong....plus not Attitude is giving out some BS fake Sour Kush strain.....

Im glad Im not the only one with this experience. Im still convinced they are a great vendor, since my homeboy never has problems with them. I had the money, ready to order and their website wouldnt work.

I know I had trouble with my original email addy with hotmail, so I had to make a new hotmail account and it went right through, hope that helps, JR

i had a problem similar to this what happened to me was no matter how many time i changed the zip code to the right one, it would keep automatically change it to a incorrect one. Finally i found out that i had to go into my account information, and change it there (not in the shopping cart) so once u log into the site, make sure to go into ur account info, and make sure its all correct.

Also if the address on the credit card is different then the one ur using it might decline it. (but ur not getting that far right?)

I had the same exact problem when i tried to order a few weeks ago. I just waited a few days and it was working. It isn't attitude thats not working it is the payment sit that is not completing connection.

Eh, pissed me off either way. I swear I stayed up for about 6 hours straight trying to get it to work.
