Anybody havin problems ordering off htgsupply.com?

I ordered a 6" inline fan on the 24th & the transaction still says "in process". Since then i've seen like 3 other things I want to order from there but i'm a bit concerned about placing another order if this is how quick their service is for the delivery fees they charge....bummin

I ordered a 4" the other day, hasn't come in yet, but we will see...supposed to be in today.

I've never had a problem with them. Maybe it's out of stock or they are just soooooo busy with the winter growing season coming up?

I order from them all the time never had a problem with them. good customer service too. I just order some stuff on sat. and it is supposed to be here today according to the ups tracker.

they were just out of stock on that fan & was shipped today so no worries. after doing some reading it seems like htgsupply has a hell of a reputation & after speaking w/them on the phone I can say they've got my business. very professional & friendly staff
