Happy sunday boys and girls! I have a question regarding cbd. There are CBD Shops all over the place and my brother got me some cbd oil for insomnia. My question is, are there many types of CBD or just the percentages change the effect? How come some cbd buds/oils are for insomnia, others for anxiety and others for inflammation? I'm really looking for a cbd strain/oil to reduce paranoia when I'm tripping and I smoke weed some hours into the trip.

It's the amount of cbd u take that will, theoretically, effect or help different things

That said lots of shit or fake oils out there why I make my own
Cheers brother! I was thinking of growing a cbd strain myself but thinking about it, why waste space for a plant that won't get me high? Lol. I think I will buy a CBD bud and not oil for immediate results if I get thought loops or anything paranoid.

Honestly, I prefer 20/1 cbd , then add a thc I like

The mix ones unlike I created from strains I like, then I know what is in it

Then I make oils and can tailor it any way I want

If you want to experience the most beneficial effects from a CBD product and you don't have a problem with THC - always opt for something "full spectrum". There's some research out there to show that it's not just the CBD you are feeling, but a combination of CBD, other cannabinoids like CBN & CBG, as well as other chemical compounds like terpenes and flavanoids. When experienced together in a "full-spectrum" product whether it's the buds or a full spectrum hemp/CBD oil, you may experience more beneficial effects from what's known as "the entourage effect" - ie. all of those constituents of the hemp plant working together. So TL;DR - stay away from "CBD isolate" and go for "Full Spectrum Hemp Oil" or "Full Spectrum CBD Oil".

Thanks for the heads up. All I can find here is CBD Isolate so I'm thinking of just growing my own cbd strain.

Wow, I really like to write the answer for this questions. CBD can be extracted from hemp or cannabis. Hemp and cannabis come from the Cannabis sativa plant. Legal hemp must contain 0.3 percent THC or less. CBD is sold in the form of gels, gummies, oils, supplements, extracts, and more.

I ended up with some Dr. Seedsman CBD seeds from a promotion. Not sure if I'll ever get around to actually growing them... might just plop them in the ground someplace and let nature take its course with them.
