Its can happen in the USA . Although it maybe a legal grow in the state your living doesnt mean the DEA cant pop you. Fed law prohibits the growing of any controlled substance . Even with a Med card you can still be popped on the Fed level .
With a good lawyer and alot of cash you can beat it . But who wants those headarces .

It can be legal in your state, but according to the feds cultivating cannabis is a felony. If you read through this forum there is a bunch of post with people with their cards who are still paranoid. I really dont think the feds care about such a small grow.

I think so. I think he left a lot out or is just young and misread. Wheb legal yes u can grow and yes u can sell.... Within the medicinal limits and community. I won't sale weed to my neighbor but ill sale it to the old lady with glaucoma and no green thumb. Its only legal if ur BOTH legal

The California state minimum is 6 plants. There are counties that will permit higher grow limits like Mendocino,Humboldt, and a few others. and there are teams of growers with multiple permits allowing five times the amount of watever your county allows. They are more likely to get busted by the DEA. So a lone grower growing a couple plants is probably safe. Keep in mind ppl set up houses and industrial buildings full of crops. In other words "there are bigger fish to fry" so dont trip

i just got robbed by the police for what they said was to many plants. the supreme court ruled it is unconstitutional for anyone to put a number of how much a medical patient can grow or how much medicine you can have.

i am legal. I have everything in order and stay exactly as the law says. It seems a waste of money and lights, lol, but somehow the cops got to my door and that paperwork and legal shit saved my ass. They thanked me for cooperating. Careful with the older cops. They hate us. The youner ones know are rights. I am free.
