Anyone can see any problem in my small plant?

Ok my plant today is 18 days old. Apart from feeling that it is too small comparing with other plants i have seen on the net i feel that something might be going wrong. I'm a first time grower so every little change worries me.
Below i'm posting two pictures one i took today (right one) and one from yesterday (left one). Any suggestions regarding its health is welcomed!

Well in my garden i got numerous of trees i thought that if all trees grow in the garden then this one would be able to grow too. What about the plants' health do you see anything not normal on it?

I knew I did not like the look of that soil. It is brown dirt, with just about no benefits to the plant.

My seedlings are only 4 days old and are already twice as big. I suggest you use a potting soil, Fox Farms Ocean Blend tends to get raves here. I use Miracle grow amended with perlite and worm castings.

It also appears that you took the pics under your "grow" lights which look pretty weak in the photos. You need more light than that. I suspect you have a single hanging CFL?

You asked for help and we are providing it. If you are unable to follow advice, you may be in the wrong website. Look at your plants. 18 days old and still seedlings. You come and ask for help and right away we notice poor looking brown dirt, yet you want to question our advice?

Weed grows in swamps and deserts..ur dirt is fine. Don't transplant it. MY cfl grow I have going (iced grapefruit) started off really small I was told they were growing roots.I think yours are doing the same..Give it time.

That soil may pack and suffocate roots. weed is weed and will grow under almost anylight in any soil. If you want quality and quanity,,,,,,take our advice. Mg organic soil with a mix of perlite works for me.

Drop the CFL's until they are just inches from plants. As for a second transplant so soon, you can try, but be careful of roots, don't touch them. Water in VERY well and then don't water for a couple of days. Start them on some food, weak nutrients or add an inch of worm castings to top of soil.

while it is true that it is a weed, I would beg to differ about it growing well in a swamp or desert. You certainly aren't smoking any that was. If I'm going to take the time to grow marijuana, I'm going to do it right. Digging dirt out of the ground and reasoning that trees are growing out of it is not doing it right. That soil compacts and will do little to retain nutrients and water. While I agree that it should not be transplanted at this time, your logic is questionable.

Firstly,Marujauna is not a weed. But it does naturally grow in swamps and and deserts. The quality of your weed has nothing to do with the soil. If the soils good enough to give a sprout, keep a seedling, its good enough to grow some dank. of course some jiffys or foxfarm would be better but telling him "its ur soil hurf durf durf" its moronic and not true. And retaining water and nutrients isn't good. retaining nutes=salt builedup+lockout retaining water=bacteria/mold. You want the soil to drain as good as possible and the plant to receive the maximum amount of nutrients and water. Generally, the faster the soil drys out,the better quality.

You may also want to change the light reflective material you have in your pc grow, i suspect your using foil. get yourself mylar or the black and white poly.

Your plant will thank you for it.
