Anyone else have problems with Nirvana Seeds?

I ordered the Indoor Mix Feminized. My account on their website showed they got my money and shipped my seeds out on December 21, 2010. I live in the central USA. I have gotten nothing at all to date. Further, my queries to their help desk have gone unanswered. I sent cash, and I am afraid I am now out $50.00 with nothing to show for it.

Yet they seem to be legit from what I hear. Has anybody else had problems getting their goods???

seriously? i just ordered some...it hasn't been a month, it's been 3 days. all the reviews ive read are great, hopefully this is an abnormal occurrence. I did credit card though

I use a credit card, have ordered 5 times now with no problems. Sorry to hear about your troubles...

Well, I wish they would at least respond to my queries about my order!!!

Did you open a ticket?

Hey all, yes I did open a ticket. I got all other notices emailed to me, but the responses to my ticket were NOT emailed to me. Earlier tonight I went back on their site and checked my account. It wasn't exactly intuitive to a non-tech noob like me, but I did find a response to my query, which was a relief. The person wrote that it was unusual to take as long as it has, and to contact them again on the 24th if I have not received anything by them. So I will keep you updated!

weird.. i've ordered from nirvana shop 3 times , the latest one arrived in 3 weeks ,

If you dont get them by then they will send you another pack. I had this happen once, then the day after they sent the new pack the originals came. I emailed them and they said not to worrie about it i could just keep them. I order with a card and the 2 other times i ordered they both got to me(also in central usa) in only 6 days. They are a great company, They will make sure your happy.
