I have been using a 90w led on one seedling and have kept it on 24/7,,, good or bad?
Anyone ever try a 24 hr light cycle?

good until you try and flower it than you want to go to 12/12

nothing wrong with taht at all, they veg on just fine... some people rekon that it helps to give them some hours of dark... they respire in that time rather than photosynthesize, but from experience it does no real harm
