Sometimes I wonder how.effective it would be to take a nutrient like this,.and soak it into a charged biochar... Surely, you wouldn't want a cannabis plant to have neverending access to 20-20-20 but what about an apple tree or a tomato plant or other Vegetables and fruits you might be growing. .
I used to use shults or other cheap 20-20-20 from the hardware store at ten percent of it's recommended concentration with a liberal amount of mollasses and that combo worked wonders for all plants. , At one tenth the concentration you can use it like five to ten times more often . I would experiment this exact method with cannabis during early vegetation perhaps if I was to consider ever using a mix such as this again.
Back to the biochar idea... I think you can give a lot of land an incredible boost with cheap fertiliser plus kelp and mollasses .. It'll last forever and won't hurt anything or wash out... Permanent fertility. Good for your farm or your forest or your garden, just not specifically good for pot lol.
I think plants can have biochar in their soils too, but the char should be loaded with better weeker nutrients such as a combination of kelp and worm castings and mollasses. Basically only the things that do no matter that they can't get flushed out.
