Anyone from MA been busted?

Hey guys, i have a friend from massachusets that got busted and wants to know what hes looking at. He has no previous charges or record and had like 10 or so plants.

.. Federal/state offense? How does one know which they will be charged with? There is a very big difference lol.

well, did he get busted by the fed, state, or townies?

First timer, he might get off with probation and fine, if it's state. Fed = fucked, imo. Get a good pot lawyer.

who makes the arrest. if its a federal agent or if its a federal warrant served then you got a problem but if the the city or state cops they probably wont turn it over to the feds. The local stat wants your money they honestly dont care if you get jail time they just want you $1000 fine or whatever it is.
