Sorry to interrupt the small dick and fat chic thread--but i just want to quickly point out that what Glenn Beck was misleading the public about this time was that the "privacy & terms" agreement on the cash4clunks ONLY APPLIED TO DEALERSHIPS & INFO REGARDING THE TRANSACTIONS. As the govt was responsible for reimbursing clunker claims, they were just overtly safe-guarding from scams

The terms applied only to dealerships & NOT CONSUMERS. Consumers were not required to agree to those terms. FURTHERMORE, the terms were reworded in August and this news is irrelevant.
