My buddy owned a Saturn for exactly 4 hours before the connecting rod put a whole in the pot metal block. Hole was the size of my fist.

x girlfriend owned an sc1.. 200,000 miles and it ran perfectly, drove it through fields and shit too, only reason it died is because the rear went out eventually.. that car took a serious beating

if you take care of a care.. itll run forever, some cars are just well kept, the one you quoted looks pretty clean too its definitely worth a test drive if they can go down on the price. think along the lines of.. if you look you can get a pretty badass 4 or 6 cyl.

xander you keep posting gas guzzlers... are you sure you want to pay for gas??? if you are not consernd with gas milage than go for what you want...
the Jeep looks very clean but the issue would be gas also how many miles??? again looks very clean well maintaned...the old lady car looks good and is probably well maintaned... 4.5l to me is a V8 not a 4 banger at all... maybe a 6 but probably an 8...

the jeep is probably 4.0l straight 6

but the milage??? arent those cars about to shit and die?
if you keep it maintaned you can pull 250k miles easily just do your oil changes every few thousand miles and don't forget to change the fuel filter as well... you will eventually have to change out a water pump or something but that's normal wear and tare on a car... stay high

You could still get away with early 90 models, something like the first camry's, their engines lasts like forever, and they shouldbe easy to get parts for and have fair consumption.

Woogie Boogie, with all that "nigga" talk!

Glad you are posting this. When you buy that Caddie and lose it to a towing company or mechanic because you cannot afford the repairs you can come back and see all the people telling you to steer clear of that turd. Go to any mechanic in your neighborhood that has been in business for 25 or more years and ask them what they think (without the car). They will all tell you to buy a Honda. Anyone who doesn't is trying to make you a future customer.

Just think, for the amount of money you will pay for gas a month, you could be buying a new car that gets great gas mileage and has a warranty. Do the math.
