Anyone growing or smoking pineapple chunk...

hey guys. I have pc 4 wks in to flower...It has been difficult all the way through. Stretchy and sativa like in flower and very nute sensitive! feed light is my tip. I nipped all of mine to control height which worked well and they look good now. Ive done pc once before (free seed) and it was short dark and indica, these are nothing like it.... I can say it was a superb smoke and did it again at the request of my friends who liked it so much. I would say if u grow for profit avoid this strain but if u are all about the quality and u have plenty of time to spend with them ...go for it.

Sounds like you got a different phenotype than the first one you grew. If you are looking for that couch lock then let it go until most trichomes are amber. That should put it more on the couchlock side of high instead of a drippy Sativa high.

no doubt about that. seems quite common from what ive read. i love this smoke but probably wont do it again. they do look good now though. just taken ages to sort out the right level of feeds....

I grew it from single seed freebee. Crap pheno. Tall, with long airy buds. Looooong flowering time - 70+ days. Waste of time.

well im seven weeks flowering now and my pineapples are stinky and looking ok. They dont look they will be ready in one week.....they look like fantastic weed, the smell is devine. However, I quite often achieve 4 oz per plant and I'll be honest they dont look anywhere near that....is this because i had problems finding the right feed level early on? who knows but I dont think they are yielders. Ill see if i can get some pics later today.....

no very sativa all four,it smells amazing though. its gonna be awesome. very tricky all the way through. im doing blue cheese next. already got them going and look great. no such problems. dont think ill do pineapple again. if i have a stupid long flower time, it will bugger up my cheese that are two weeks already....

I am interested in what you did for feed? I just dropped a couple of the PC's is soil and this is my first try with that strain.

they advertise it pretty shitty, "all indy, 55 days to finish". ive got some outside, and im not very happy with them as of yet, just now beggining flower while the rest are a good 2-4 weeks into it. looks to be sativa dom too. guess i cant say 100% till the buds come in, but my bagseed seem a hell of alot better than my pineapple,

Hello everyone DB here. I'm new to the site. But anyway I am a first time grower, and have Pineapple chunk clones. It's and out side grow. I really have no idea what I am doing, lol. I am however an avid veggie and flower gardener. I don't know if that helps me any. I have 12 plants stuffed into a very small area, and they get about 6 hours of direct sun and the rest is filtered through trees. They seem to be doing very well they are close to 7 feet tall I would say. And are starting to bud I think it?? lol Damn newbies right hehe
Any advice would be nice..............
