Anyone grown purple power?

If so, I was wondering if you could tell me how long it took for your seeds to germinate?

I planted three purple power seeds and 1 mazar x afghan seed after a night in the wet paper bowl plate device. The mazar x afghan seed popped in a day where as none of the purple power seeds have done so thus far. It has only been about 2 and a half days but i'm worried!

I would really appreciate a reply before the end of the day. Is there anything I can do to aid germination once the seeds have been planted in soil? It's just concerning that fuck all has happened in 72 hours. I've been told that pp seeds have a harder shell or something-what does this mean ?

i usually keep them in the paper towel until i see the taproot slide out of the shell. then i put it in the soil. but just depending on the seed it can take anywhere from 3 days for the root to show all the wat up to like 10 days. then a few more days for the plant to grow past the surface of the soil after being planted.

i have purple power but none turned out purple they turned out orange i contacted the seed bank about it to see ifg they could suggest a nute schedule for them. so far i'm not impressed but i think thats do to my over nutted them.. anyway good luck dude

Cheers guys! It has now been four days and no poppage. If anything though, they look a little more moist! Mazar x Afghan has it's first wee leaves. I have called it Kevin.

Mb1234: Do you remember how long your PP seeds took to pop?

3 days they were good to go. did u buy from amsterdam seeds?

Just found your thread SillyChilli,

This is weird, I got exactly the same strains you got (with the replacement of the first order) purple power seeds and free mazar x afghan from http://www.marijuana-seeds.nl/purple-power.html . I also had the same slow germination on the PP, ended up with about 50% the rest never popped.

By the way this store added a mystery charge to my card that was not returned or explained. All exchange and bank charges were ruled out, someone just added a little extra.

The first order from them was all wrong. My order was for 10 PURPLE POWER (pp on bag) and 10 AURORA INDICA (AZ on bag)

The PP….. 50/50 male/female of the females there seemed to be two different strains. One finished with light green color, light puffy buds, short, done in 8 weeks. The other one also light green color, large dense buds, short, done in 10 weeks.

The AZ….. 33/33/33 male/female/hermaphrodite of the females (no bud has formed)! Even after 10 weeks of 12hour light and the last two in 11 hour light. They do seem to be the Aurora strain but just won’t finish. (I gave them a few more week still no bud formation)

It is clear the PP order was some mix of green strains and not PP at all.

The replacement order was PP, mazar x afghan and Aurora Indica. After months of time and wasted space they all ended up being trash. The PP may have come from Nirvana-shop (see my post https://www.rollitup.org/seedbank-reviews/230678-scammed-twice-nirvana-shop.html )

There seems to be allot of mutant freak seeds going out that don’t form buds or stop growing. Even though my first order of PP was wrong at least one of them formed good buds, but I still don’t know what strain it is.

I know it’s not what you wanted to hear. It burned me up too. Let me know how yours turns out.
