A perfume that smells like weed is what I’m thinking about.

I ran cricket and cicada bubba x puck for my last crop. The plants were very similar in looks and taste except 1 that smells like incense and 1980s old lady perfume. Good taste but almost overwhelming. I f2d it luckily. Hopefully I get some more tasty plants from those seeds.

sounds like a nutrient or insecticide probes, not flushed properly, invest in an ec reader, try to get zero reading when you harvest, i think that right, enjoy you grew regardless be proud man an happy puffing

Ive had this happen when the weed was smuggled in with other things. Theyll use dryer sheets and all kind of stuff ( one batch they had dusted carpet fresh over the packaging) never had it happen with quality bud, just commercial weed that thankfully i never see anymore. Some of us remember the old apple slices in the pound humidifier trick that usually ends up as apple/ammonia smell. This is just another reason why i grow. At least I know whats in it or more specifically on it. People will dare to do damn near anything that helps them sell their weed. I never sell so i keep my stuff clean. I even wash all my harvests in a tub filled with lemon juice and baking soda water to get all the unwanted stuff like dust and gnats and the like off . People who sell are seldom as scrupulous. Its true as said above that things like spinosad and neem oil sprayed late flower will cause a funky taste/smell. Another reason for a caring grower to wash their buds. Grow your own and take back your control if you can.

My wife carried a bag of my 3 bears og in her purse for 2 hours and it went the opposite lol. Her whole purse still smells of kush.

I bought some Reggie bush in 2005 that smelled like perfume. I figured it was sprayed. Never had those terps and I've grown a lot of seeds since then
