Anyone have this book on psychoactive plants?

Does anybody have the book titled, "The Encyclopedia of Psychoactive Plants: Ethnopharmacology and it's Applications" by Christian Ratsch?
It is an extensive book that I have been searching for a .pdf version for quite some time now, yet I don't think nobody has made a copy. :/
I was hoping someone here might own a copy and be able to make an E-Book out of it, cos that'd be awesome.
Unless there IS a .pdf already out there and in that case, you could point me to it? :D
I've searched endlessly on the net for it and can't find it, could anyone help at all?

Where did you buy it? On line? It's def something I would like to read. If you can provide me with any info I would appreciate it.
I'll do a search and hope for the best however.

get the REAL book, the actual bound book that has paper pages. not some stupid electronic data file that's worthless if something happens to your computer... Then again I'm biased against technology just because I think it's unreliable...

Anyways sounds like a dope book i'm gonna try to look for one online

It most definitely is a dope book. Christian Ratsch is probably one of the best ethnopharmacologists(the study of the use of drugs in ethnic groups) ever. Apparently Ratsch discusses over 400 hallucinatory plants. I wanna get my hands on it. :) Lol.

I've got to get the book, it is worth having, although i am certain that you could find it in some data base online, someone should put online and not charge for the info.

looks like a hell of an interesting read! Thank you for bringing that book to my attention!

I'm seeing it everywhere online for no less than $65.

I agree with one of the previous statements, most other things I'd opt for the e-file, but books, gotta have the paper feel. I love technology though.

Read all you want! The good stuff comes in ziploc bags off dodgy looking guys and it usually doesn`t have a complicated latin name you should be learning about :D

Or it grows in big smelly buds of course.

I'd buy the book but I just don't have the money lol. I've only seen it in one store here where I am and it was $120, I was gonna steal it but thought it too small of a shop. I wanna buy it, but for the mean time I'd love an E-book. If you happen to buy it, would you let me know?

lol real books are so much better than what you can read online, they have the book smell. :)
Btw, just cause people like paper books doesnt make them luddites :P

Your better off reading threads about which legal psychoactives are the best and then ordering them with the $$ you would of spent on this book. Also you could buy seeds and grow them too.

As for illegal ones you just buy them off your dealer, still with the cash you would of spent on the book lol

Information only: Valid.

I doubt you guys wanna know about this stuff. You guys want to eat snort and smoke man!! :D

I want to eat, snort, smoke and learn! There's nothing I love more than reading about organic chemistry, cultivation and anything about drugs lol. I've read Greg Green's Cannabis Bible about 20 times now. :D
