So I'm into 5 weeks flowering, and all my other plants have been forming buds except this one. Its a maui waui from sativa seedbank and I've been checking for little balls and haven't found any. Within the past couple days more little white pistils have shown up but no bud sites!!!! What gives!! anyone else ever have this long a wait? lol
(and btw, the leaves have been like that the whole grow predominantly on this plant - because my room is pretty high temps)

could it be the sativa phenotype? might require a sativa light regimen. Try dropping the lights to 11 on : 13 off or 10 on : 14 off. The other plants will still flower, but they might not pack on as much weight.

edit:
yeah, i just looked at that picture. Even though it's a cross of the hawaiian maui waui with skunk, it's still sativa as hell. drop the lights

and its preflowering like fuck. its ready for the lights to switch to flowering

I'm currently growing a sativa dominant, and one month in I'm finnally starting to see bud starting. All that means is it will take a little longer to finish, it's just the phenotype shining through other genetics.

it looks so sativa dominant i imagine all is good , and she just takes longer for that light switch to trigger her...good luck...she looks like a 12 week plus flowering time

im actually experiencing the same thing right now....im at 35 days flowering and one out of the six strains has not began forming flowers as of yet

sativas do take longer to flower but even 13 weekers will start to form buds at 3-4 weeks into flowering. hopefully she didnt catch light at the wrong time or anything like that. that would cause it to revert to veg and back to flowering which could be the case (not good). if it doesnt show any form of buds in a couple weeks i would consider it trash and get ready for the next batch

can't bring the temps down in the room and i'm not sure i want to put her in 48 hours cause i don't want to fuck with the other plants cycles. i think i'm just gonna put her outside to flower under the hawaiian sun like she's meant to be, cause she's already way to tall compared to the rest of the canopy. thanks everyone for your input
