Why is he allowed to spew his hate speech on the radio? Aren't there rules against that? You can't hear the F word in Closer from NIN, but you're allowed insult gay marriage?
He says how he's a constitutionalist, yet he won't accept same sex marriage is a fact according to his own rules decreed by the Supreme Court.
I don't usually like to talk politics and let people be, but why? Just why?
He then uses you can't trust your heart, and follow what the Bible says. Even though he claims he's a Jew.
I've got nothing against either, but his whole thing sounded like some fundamentalist Bible thumper. At first I thought that's what he was before doing some research on him.
Usually Jews don't care if you're gay, except for the few crazies amongst the Orthodox Jews, most of them don't care either. Even the Conservative Jews have turned around on this issue too.
What makes us human is our heart. In Judaism the "heart" is a part of the soul, Neshema, so his idea of not following the heart seems very strange. Apparently he isn't a very good Jew?
Anyway, end rant.

I've watched a few of his PragerU videos on YT, although I don't agree with around 99% of what he says, the 1% is a perversion of what I believe. He strikes me as a neoconservative, ie: very misinformed and lacks rational thought; not so much a racist.
If we want to fight his kind, they need to be labeled correctly, otherwise we look just as foolish as them.

I don't believe in freedom of speech. Certain things shouldn't ever be allowed to be said.
But, you should have the right to say things against those who violate your rights, and express valid opinions.
You don't have the right to violate the rights of others under the lie of self expression.
When your objective is to say things which intimidate, bully, harass, sexually assualt, falsely accuse or any other manner to shut another person down because your a worthless and scared POS, that's where your rights end.

You get that they are still able to say all of their little lies that the little racists want to rant about. Why do you want people to not have their 1st amendment rights to call them out for what they say?

There are laws in place, like you cannot yell 'fire' in a movie theater kind of stuff. You also are able to press charges if people go too far and do those things you have said above.

The trick is you cannot stop people from doing stupid shit. And if you made it so you have to lock everyone up you disagree with (like China is currently doing with minority communities in their country) history has shown that some truly awful genocidal events are far more likely to happen.

There are limitations on free speech. In the US we are very careful about these laws tho.
Limiting freedom should be a difficult thing to do.

But, I have every right to say things that you don't want to hear.

I'm a Libertarian by nature ... I believe in giving more people more rights.
