Anyone herd, used sm3 seaweed extract???

How would i use this stuff, is it worth using?? and how would i use it?? thanks!

From thier Website "Dilute at 10 ml in 4.5 litres of water and apply with a sprayer or a watering can as it works through the leaves and the roots" Looks like a foliar spray. >>

You can also mix a tbsp or so per gal of water, and water it in.

I like to put in a couple tablespoons when i am mixing a batch of aerated compost tea. I haven't used this particular brand. And also I am not represting seaweed / kelp extracts as a miracle additive.... I just happen to like the stuff.
