I joined this compassion club and it was awesome at first, they found me a caregiver and all was good. He would make me donate the money then he'd come back and bring the bud so it was a legal transfer every time. The last time I saw him I have him 200 for an oz and he never came back and said I never gave him money. This dude is a complete piece of shit. He remembers why I needed the meds, coming to see me but not getting the money....piece of shit right? I contacted the compassion club and was like wtf I got ripped off by one of ur caregivers and they said they can't do nothing....smh......what would u do? I don't know where he lives so I can't fuck him up the only thing I got is his phone number, first name and that he's in the compassion club.

he did nothing wrong, You "DONATED" the money. he don't have to give you anything, You gave him money.
we all know what donate really means.

i didnt pay to join a compassion club to get a fucking thief as a caregiver, he should be taking care of me not stealing from me. it should be their responsibility to make it right but no.....fucking snake ass motherfuckers

You should have a copy of your caregiver attestation form... On that form it will include your caregivers full name and mailing address.

Sooooo snitching is your answer??? Really?
First of all I was more or less joking, I thought it was obvious by the "LOL". The word snitching makes it sound like he got ripped off for a bag of weed from his local dopeman, there is a big difference between that and being ripped off for your medicine by your legal state designated caregiver. Secondly, even if I was serious whats wrong with taking someone to small claims court? Or do you think he should take the law into his own hand and find the guy and beat his ass?

I personally believe no one is above a good old fashioned ass whoopin but I would never advise someone else to do that...

More or less joking? Ok. I don't see much humor in law enforcement these days.

Don't talk to cops.
Relax chief, I just pictured seeing this scenario on an episode of Judge Judy and thought it was funny lol! Trust me, we're on the same page about talking to the cops. I'd much rather eat the loss on the two bills than give the cops a reason to fuck with my freedom.

If you think your getting ripped off tell him to snack on your sack and go to a dispensary.
Sorry; I plagerized that from 420greendream in another thread.
My bad.

Hey homeless that one guy called you Chief.
Congratulations?:spew:

Dude what the fuck? Do they not understand the meaning of compassion? Jesus Christ, dude if I were you I would go to the dispensary and make a huge fucking scene. "YOU WORTHLESS SONS OF BITCHES SENT THIS THIEVIN', LOSER ASS, CAREGIVER TO MY HOUSE TO STEAL MY MONEY? YOU BITCHES OWE ME $200 FOR SAYING THIS GUY CAN BE TRUSTED WITH MY MEDS AND CASH!!!!!!!!!! *pulls out sawed off shotgun* ..."

And the story unfolds from there.

Cops suck, but thieves suck worse.

This guy stole money from a patient who more than likely relies on those meds for relief.

That isn't "snitching" .... that's holding a dirtbag accountable for his actions.
Accountability is fine. Not snitching. If you think you are going to use LEO and they won't use you right back, your cops n courts are way different than mine.

You are all correct imo.
Too bad when you dial 911 you cannot control what kind of LEO will show up. lmao.

You and I must have differing views on what the term "snitching" means.

If somebody steals something from me, I won't rule out any option on holding that person accountable. Going to the cops more than likely wouldn't be my first recourse, but I wouldn't take it off the table.

It's not like OP smelled marijuana coming from his neighbors apartment and called the police. That is the definition of snitching in my view. In this case someone STOLE something. How in the fuck do you call that snitching if he were to get the po-po involved? Just because it involves weed? Would it still be snitching if he got his car stolen and called the cops? How about if someone abducted his kid and he called the cops? Is that snitching?

I'm thinking prevention for next time, have the guy give you meds first then you give the donation the next day or hour or wtf ever but I would totally flip the script on that deal you had going. I drop a ounce to a patient and then in a few hours hear back from them and meet up again. its sort of dumb and who even knows if it'd stand up in court as a "donation" set-up but it puts them in the drivers seat. If I get fuct out of an ounce (and I started with 1/8 for a while til we got trust going on) its an ounce and itd be hard to swallow but I got plants and skills; he'd be the one really fucking up in that equation I'd just be paying about 200 bucks to know he's a prick and I shouldn't be suplying him DROPED..NEXT...no short supply of customers/patients/sick folks potheads whatever you want to call them. It's all in your perspective I guess.
