if your running windows xp or vista you should already have Windows Movie Maker.. Its a very simple program and is easy to upload video.

yeah i got that but it doesnt run right. i could edit movies and everything is fine. then i save and everything is still good. the problem comes in when i try to open it again later. i try to open it but it always freezes and erases everything or says it cant play...

so thats why i was wondering if there is anything else kinda like that.

thanks anyway though

i use adobe premiere pro. cant beat it for pc. its kinda expensive though. with windows movie maker, have you tried publishing the video? meaning output it as a .wmv and then try playing it. if your shit keeps freezing and then erasing, then you need to find out what is wrong with your computer.

i havent tried publishing it cuz i was never done with what i was doing. i was saving it for later ya know. but every time i go back it freezes.

i dont think anything is wrong with my comp cuz i just got this for x-mas and i dont have any downloading site like limewire and all i really go online is here and facebook and maybe the occasional porn site. lol. but i have virus spyware and adware protection. and it says everything is fine.

does adobe premiere pro have a demo version

hey stoney i didnt download anything but i read up on it and it seems to me like that is some kinda flash editor type thing. am i right?

i was looking for something more along the lines of windows media player. where i can take video clips off my camera, photos and text and audio and merge them together into a movie type thing

I use download.com for everything, they usually have good scans for spyware and whatnot. But I've done the video editor search b4 and it's not easy. I ended up downloading three different programs that didn't work and crashed my hard drive. I ended up just finding a friend with final cut for macs and thats that. Premiere is great, even sony vegas would work out great, but I can't tell you were to find em for free. Sorry.:confused:

the last one i tried was actually for adobe after effects, just be wary that if it seems to good to be true it probably is.
