Anyone know the problem?

Hey i was wondering if anyone knows what is going on with my plants. They seem to be having a problem on the leaf tips. Growing organically in promix hp. Gaia green dry amendments, worm castings, %100 organic coconut water without any additives, bokashi bran, effective microorganisms added. Gaia green dry amendments at recommended level. Eyed out and probably put in too much castings. Using the coconut water at 15 ml per litre of water approximately once a week. It looks like the tips are clawing a bit. Any help would be appreciated. Doing some research and feel like root rot might be setting in. I am watering the plants daily with water that is approximately 26 Celsius. They seem to be drinking a lot of it but i am thinking i am going to skip watering for a day and go from there unless someone else has some advice.

Also looks like coconut water has a high amount of salt so maybe i need to flush. Don’t really want to do that though due to it being organic but i might have to.

They look fine. If they have slight burn it would be the gaia most likely.

Watering is ideal at a lower temp, about 68 to 70 or so. Issues can arise watering with warm water. I dont see those issues here. It is a best practice to water cooler than you do though. Oxygen levels and pathogens can become problems at higher temps.

thanks for the suggestion. I will start to water at a lower temperature. Didn’t think of pathogens.

Looks like you are getting some burn I would lay off the coconut water every watering and use it in between also I agree with the above statement if you go a little heavy on the Gaia green you’ll get some burning in veg just use plain water for a minute watering when needed so that you have a little run off and should be fine.

I wouldn’t use any Epsom salts just yet as they’re not necessary during veg and you’ve already added more salt than usual with the coconut water I would just use plain water for a while and if your going to keep using the coconut water use it intermittently

I am actually using it about once every 4 days or so i believe. Haven’t really been keeping track though. The last watering i added coconut water and it seems like this problem got worse so it is probably that. I will use regular water for a week or so. I think i need to top dress some gaia green bloom though because they are starting to throw out a couple pistils here and there and it’s an autoflower. Haven’t top dressed anything for a couple weeks i believe. Thank you guys for your suggestions. It is greatly appreciated.

Extreme caution fertilizing an autoflower as it transitions to the stretch and flowering. You can and should do it as needed. This is the most critical time and if you overdo it the effects can be bad.
