Been trying to find out what’s wrong with my seedling but can’t get a straight answer, not worried as the new growth looks fine but for educational purpose wouldn’t mind knowing where I went wrong

Looks burnt, like heat stress, spots could be nute splash if it's not Calmag issue, but kinda soon for that unless it's like 3+ weeks old
