Are you doing any foliar feeding? What have you been feeding and fertilizing with? What dosages, and how are those dosages compared to what you did earlier on? How often are you feeding and watering?
I would recommend flooding it out with some plain water, and then once it is flushed, start using SuperThrive. It is like $6 a bottle, and you only use a couple drops in your water. It can be used with any ferts or additives you may use. It makes the plant way hardier and able to withstand almost anything you throw at it.

Can u rub it off? Or does it seem like a rougher layer then the greener parts of the stem? Maybe wind damage, just scared the stems in return they build up a "bark". GL
Careful with that superthrive, espically with older plants that stuff very VERY potent

im not sure if cannabis contracts fusarium or pseudomonas but when woody plants get infected thats what it sometimes looks like.
If your soil is questionable it could be the vector.

Yeah it is very potent. I have been adding 3-5 drops per gallon and a half of water with good results. I use usually 2 drops from my dropper unless I'm planning on transplanting or something. From what I have heard, not tested by me though so take it with a grain of salt, you can double that and it will have no negative impact on your planty. Just be sure to stop using it when you do your final flush.

Alfalfa tea is like an organic version of superthrive with the vitamin b and growth hormones. Plus some good NPK levels. A lot cheaper too. I mix it into my soil and use it for teas. It makes a great mulch too.

That is odd. My general rule of thumb is most problems show in the leaves. If your leaves are healthy the plant is probably just fine. I will let you know if I find any helpful info.
Have you checked it under a scope? I can't remember if its broad mites or russets but one of those will collect on the stems and look like dust sort of.

No it can't be rubbed off its on there it's like I lighter soft spot? Like celery gets.... sounds funny but only water I been using never used anything else besides what's in the happy frog soil. Haven't looked at it under a crop I wouldn't want to infect the others when checking them. I'm just at a loss what it is lol but its next to my other plants and none of them have shown anything similar think I should move her in case? Thanks for all the feed back much appreciated!

Personally I would just leave her for now and if it gets much worse within a week or so I would move it. You may want to try this though. Seems to help a little. Please take me serious here because I know it sounds really odd. Mix about half a gallon of water with one or two drops of Dawn dish soap.
Water the plant reeeeaall good with it. Let it sit for about 20 minutes and then water the heck out of it with plain water(no soap). Enough to really flush the soil of any remaining soap. As long as you have good drainage holes you will be fine. Trust me, it sounds sketch but I did this about week 3 and 4 of my girl and it worked fine. Gets rid of gnats as well.

It hasn't got any better or worse I just moved her away from the other girls and I will definitely try the Nukem since I have a bad milder problem every year around flowering time.
