Is your doctor Dr. Kamermans? What sorta strains are you looking for?
Yes, and 1/4 Romulan, 3/4 whatever. I want the Romulan to sprinkle in my daytime usage, as it is an extremely effective medicinal strain, however, use of only that strain would render me catatonic, which is the reason for the 3/4 whatever sativa is of good quality.
My condition requires pain management, sleep aide, stress relief, among other things. My condition is a work related injury involving a tablesaw, rendering my left hand near immobile, the only working finger on that hand is my middle finger, ring finger amputated, as well as half my thumb, huge lesion on the second knuckle palm side on my index finger, it no longer works and is permanently hook shaped, my pinky had tendon damage on the second knuckle backside, which ended up seizing leaving it immobile and essentially useless as well.
Most of my pain stems from my ring finger, which was nearly amputated from the accident itself, being held on by approximately 1cm of skin only, which was re-attached, but like my index finger, only worse, remained hooked, and completely immobile, which was later amputated at the second knuckle for improved functionality reasons.
The re-attached ring finger survived, but was re-attached slightly crooked. I have pictures that illustrate the damage caused quite well on a wiki of mine
http://neuwo.wikidot.com/hand, which is now causing me to have severe nerve pain that shoots right up my arm, and down my back. When I rub the palm side of the remainder of my ring finger, it feels like I'm touching the top side of it, every feels reversed when I touch it.
I also made a instructional joint rolling video that shows my ring finger amputated

Due to the damage and nerve shots I experience when performing menial tasks such as dishes, mopping, or anything that requires both hands to "grip" something, I cannot produce my own medicine, and is why I'm seeking a DG.
I simply cannot afford to maintain cannabis as my preventative pain management, and am considering cheaper (for me) form of medication, because the pain from the nerve shots often drops me to my knees, and I just can't live with it feeling like I'm being stabbed physically directly in my spine at least once a day.
The core reason my doctor is Dr.Kamermans is because I live in Alberta, and the Alberta Health Committee had recently sent out word to the physicians that anyone who signs will be subject to a word I can't think of right now. Every physician I seen before being introduced to Dr.Kamerman wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole, with someone else holding the pole...
I know this is much more information than you requested, but I'm a perfect example of peoples greed, people don't want to sign me, someone who has more than enough medical documents to back up my condition, all because I "might not be able to have a DG for more than a year" which resulted from Alberta's BS health system.
