i understand, its just a bad feeling to miss out on getting your beans whether intercepted or lost in mail or cheated, luckily its a pretty rare experience for most peepsSubstrate was super responsive and it wasn't a bad transaction at all when I let them know of the mix up...I never even had a concern I wasn't gonna get my beans...but as soon as Friday rolled around.. Poof! Something had to have gone down
This isn't my first rodeo. I definitely checked my spam mail. I knew they scammed me when after texting the guy and asking for my tracking number, I did the same thing on the site. The guy on the site tried to tell me that I wasn't talking to anyone that worked there. Which was total bulshit, because that's how they got my phone number was from one of our email conversations. I heard they were legit, I was referred to them. But whatever happened between then and now idk, they r scamming ppl now, for sure.i doubt it they give a tracking number after each payment tchek your indesirable mail
was on attitude before there shut down since that its not the same ,Guess it's time to re evaluate what banks I'm using and make the change, I'm not all about this drama that's been going down.
