I don't think he's lying about his partners and I bet he's got a great idea ;)

Mainy your best bet is finding a place local to you as shipping from the U.S. would drive up the costs
And take away from your profit
Or find something already in production from China/HongKong and build it around those sizes

Why not drape or blister mold with a vacume? Much easier and cost effective IMO. That picture is very vauge, does it have a screw cap? Is there a cap? Is that two stacked hockey pucks?
