Biggest rifles I have owned were an Armalite AR-50 and a Barrett M82-A1. Both were great shooters, lots of fun unless you were carrying them or paying for the ammo. lol

Had a H&K PSG-1. A couple S&W .500 Mag's. A pile of Kimber 1911's of various models. Lots of S&W revolvers. Had a SPAS-12 lol. A whole bunch of others. Worked as a range master for events at the gun club I belonged to in Missouri. I couldn't begin to list the collection I had back in the day, I remember that at it's largest I had 122 pistols, rifles and a few shotguns. Ended up selling most of them when I was unable to work due to a 2 story fall that messed me up bad. I miss my collection. I used to reload a lot and had a stockpile of ammo. Had a Dillon 650XL press that I used mostly for pistol calibers and .223, a Lee that was dedicated to .50 BMG and a RCBS that I used for most other rifle calibers.

I remember the SPAS-12
Yeah when I got that one at a gun show it was missing the receiver buffer, hard to find part back then but someone is making them now. Fortunately it wasn't shot without the buffer or it could have cracked the receiver.

You make me feel good about myself. I only have 14-15 pistols. I don't count my long guns. I'd rather not know how many I have. For years I bought myself a gun every birthday. For the last three years {about how long I've been hiking} I haven't bought a gun, and have even sold a few.

IKR? Used to shoot lots back in the olden days when Mil ammo was dirt cheap but hardly ever anymore.
Never bought MilSpec ammo, found a convoy crash site on an Army base when I was 12. Lazy draftees, hauled out the trucks that went off the road and bulldozed all the spilled ammo in the ravine with dirt, which washed away the next week.

Had 12g slugs + 00 (federal Hi brass sealed primers :)) & .45 cal for unlimited shooting and gifting for 15 years.
Left all the 40mm grenades, tens of thousands of .50cal &.308 and a few AA/AT rounds of whatever that stuff was.

Also found anther disposal site for .30 cal when I was 8, nobody wanted that round. Looked like someone was supposed to go to the range and shoot it all. They buried it there instead and went drinking. Good place for that round.
