Anyone recognize these symptoms??

Hey, folks..

I've scoured some forums, searched the web, and I'm having a hard time tracking down any info re: my plants' current condition (see: attached). Mine is an outdoor grow. I included an overall pic of a plant or two for context cuz, in general, they don't look so bad.

Does anyone recognize what they're seeing here? All of the newest growth on my plants is tightly curled like this. I've dug around and my roots look a-okay.. my medium drains well and I don't see evidence of incessantly wet conditions.

I'm beginning to suspect broad mites. I sprayed once (Azamax) and will likely spray again. I also sprayed tonite (Pyrethrin) for tarnished plant bug which is making a name for itself in the county.

Wondering what folks think. I posted once before a week or so ago and got varying responses, particularly regarding heat stress. I feel like they would've bounced back from that by now, no. The other idea that was tossed around was HLV but I don't know this twisting effect to be a symptom of that, nor do my plants share many of the characteristics of a plant infected w/ HLV (i.e. horizontal branching, brittle stems). Thanks for your time, truly.. I'm pretty worried about the garden at the moment!
