Looking for something in ca or the north east with some acreage and possibly a small cabin or trailer. Lemme know what ya got.

the only land you'll find in CA under a half a million has no water to it.

just go to craigslist, click on "real estate for sale", and choose "land" from the drop down menu. have fun.

Yeah I've been looking already thank you.
I actualy found a plot for 150k with a stream but no direct access to the house, it's landlocked I believe was the word. Sounds like more trouble than it's worth. If I could sell my house id love to just move out there but this housing market is shit and I can't see selling for a fraction of what it's actualy worth.
