Anyone tried Motivation?

I wouldn't pay that much for 6 seeds. For damn near $100 you could hit up attitude or single seed and get like 5-10 good strains and a coffee mug (at attitude, and the mug it to fuck up customs)

i understand that but money is not really an issue for me right now. Ive heard more good than bad about this strain but very little of either, just curious if anyone here has grown it.

I grew it, got a key chain that has motivation on it, kinda cool. As far as strain, its a sensi star cross and in the pheno I had it came out with that sweet flavor, mildly fruity/hashy, good potntcy, good/average yield could grow well with kushes/indica doms, nice golf ball hard nugs, really lovely colors seemed like it would go dark with a drop in temp (i did in bit warmer room). I would do strain again for headstash, I had high hopes (pun intended) for it and was not disapointed.

Thanks everyone who has grown this or just knows about it, i think i am def. gonna give Motivation a try and see how it turns out. Does anyone have any experience with De Sjamaan ceeds Thai Widow? It looks to be almost a polar opposite and is slightly cheaper. I was looking to get a mostly Indica, and a mostly Sativa strain. I plan on growing some of each out and depending on how the Thai Widow is ill cross it with one of the Motivation plants and see how a hybrid of the two are. Just growing for personal use so i want to play with the different strains and test a variety of them.

If anyone has used the Thai Widow, this is the one im looking at

I grew out a freebie Motavation seed about 2 years ago when it was still Magus. I really liked it. Description describes it almost perfectly.

I think it is the only Serious strain Attitude isn't selling in singles. I wish they did I am looking into making an order soon and would pick up one or two. I really want to grow that strain again. It is in my top 5.

Haven't grown motivation but i have grown, chronic, ak47, bubblegum and they are all top shelf smoke you really cant go wrong with Simon's work i know motivation was from Magnus but Simon doesn't work with shit strains that's why he only carries a few strains.

I was so bummed when I heard Magus was closing up shop. Few months later I heard they were being folded into Serious. I spoke to a guy named Thomas, I believe, from Serious right around that time and he said they liked Magus stuff and didn't want it lost.

Herbie's did a short interview with Simon this year at the Spannabis Cup and in it he talks a little bit about this. In it, Simon says he feels Motavation is the best strain they absorbed from Magus.

lmao, is that a joke. how many serious growers do you think buy single fem seeds? 5-10 good strains you must have been dropped on your head everyone who knows anything knows that even 20 girls of any line is not a very good selection but 1 seed of 5-10 seed lines their aint no selection going on there also serious seeds have pretty good strains why you think they only have a handful there not like all the other hyped up pollen chuckers out there they actually breed there strains.

I ran the Motivation before Magus let their stock go to Serious and memory serves it was a good all rounder but nothing all that special. Aroma & flavor was lemon/citrus with strong turpentine/turps or painters van stink. Boring indica high that did the job but gets old quick. It will serve well as a cash cropper for quick returns. From seed plants were short bushy, with mid branching and solid frame, not much variation between plants. All fem with no intersexing or hermie either.
