It works great for clones and veg I found that during the flowering the roots did not develop as good as the clay balls and I ended up adding a watering cycle due low water retention.
I normally have 3 water cycles with the Ebb system. Had to do 4
I had 6 and 6. The 6 in clay had bigger yield for me.
Me personally I like the cylinder Sure to Grow for my clones, once rooted I transfer to 4x4 rockwool and then transfer over to clay ball for flowering.
Its expensive and the company had a lot of manufacturing problems last Nov. Dec. witch it made it impossible to get 8' inserts.
