Anyone use floraflex bubblers and caps?

I'm trying to figure out what kind of pump to use. Their kits supply this tiny submersible with the bubblers, and their quick disconnect bubbler set says you need at least 20psi for it to function. It's confusing because the pump in the kit will supply nowhere near 20psi, so what in the quick disconnect drastically increases the psi required?

I'm also seeing videos of people using pumps that I know don't give 20psi, so I'm not sure what I should be doing. Right now I have a pump that gives 15psi for my floraflex drippers and concerned if it will suffice or not after upgrading the irrigation.

Some people use a diaphragm pump to produce a higher psi. How many plants are you watering?

I'm not using drippers, just running 1/4 drip line and a 500 gph pump, but its a small system.

I'm feeding 36 6 inch cubes. I'm using a 3/4hp 4450gph currently because it had the head height that would make it reach 15psi. Its my understanding that high gph doesn't equate to high pressure. I'll make sure this pump works and waters evenly before I buy anything new
