check out videoman40's grow journal. I have recently purchased the 4' 8bulb t-5. Doesn't put out as much heat. These picture are a couple weeks apart. VV

i just got a 4 bulb 4' T5 just like VV's...havn't used it yet but god damn is it bright. lollights up my hole fucking apt!!! j/k but it's very bright an i bet it will work great for my veg and seedling/clones

how many watts does it use? do you use it for flowering or veg

440 watts, 54000 lumens, within a few inches of the top of the plants. Uhhh... did you look at the picture, they look like they are in veg to ya? I will be purchasing one for vegging after I get two more for flowering. This first run won't be a good comparison run because these aare from clones I took from flowering plants. Long process, created more than one cola on every plant, which will probably have a negative impact on yield. VV

victor i swear your the only one that says the t-5 is worth a shit they say it's just decent for veg state but I mean I can use it for flowering toright? I only got 2 plants in a closet set up..
