Can confirm, IndoorFarmerCanada is awesome to deal with and IndoorGrowingCanada is NOT. I will most definitely, never order from IndoorGrowingCanada again and highly recommend to stay clear.
On the other hand, I for sure will continue to order from IndoorFarmerCanada. They know how to do it right.

Agreed indoor Farmer is dope as fuck. Two order so far. I get the shit the very next day. Homie don't play.

I never mentioned But they called me like 6 months later asking how I liked their shop. And I said it was shit and got bad service. And the guy said they will definitely have someone contact me to make things right. Of course it been almost a year now. Still no phone call

also I door farmers pricing on floraflex shit is amazing. The price on their bubblers is cheaper than the US price straight from floraflex not counting shipping in their favor. Straight up purchase price.

Indoorfarmer and also hollandindustry has been helpful. Just have to be over a hundred in Ontario, but that doesn’t seem to take much for free shipping.

I used Holland industry to get what I had originally ordered from indoor growing Canada. Same day pick up , same prices and that was after waiting a month to have indoor growing tell me they were out of stock.

Having listed an item they didn't have, they gleefully took my money and were totally unreachable until I disputed the charge with Visa a month later. After that they told me that they would have it in a week, if that was okay. Well no, I said, please give me my money back. They then offered a 15% bonus on "store credit" or, if I would prefer, a refund. Having never received a single item from them, I held little value in their store credit so asked for a refund. I still haven't received a refund so I have taken this time to try to warn the uninitiated: do not order from this site, there are far better merchants out there.

Currently have a case opened with the consumer protection act of Canada against this company. I suggest everyone file a complaint with them.

I would not recommend Indoorgrowingcanada anymore.. They will sell items they have listed as in-stock but do not have in their inventory... The company will not let you know there is a delay until you contact them looking for your order.. 3-4 week delay they will say usually.. I'm ending my 5th month waiting for Advanced Nutrients.. Refund requested and was told 3-4 week delay for the refund.. This company perhaps is going out of business soon.. Use alternatives as listed within this thread!

Just an update on my dealings with them.
I finally received my refund I requested in January. 7 months later after I had the better business bureau contact them on my behalf without success I finally received help from the consumer protection act of Canada. That process took 2 months and I received my refund 3 days after they agreed to mediate on my behalf.
Take this step and we will put this company who preys on our community out of business.
