Anyone with ordering experience from HTG supply?

I have tried to call that number and theres no answer. It was during the time they say they are open.I want to order an HPS light from them. How long does it usually take to receive your stuff? Like I don't know if my light would come straight to the house or how they operate.

I had one bad experience with them and have not ordered again. I prefer growurks and wormsway.

I can't help you with the cust service number because I never used it. I ordered online and they shipped my stuff to the address I listed. It took about 5 days. You can get it quicker depending on the shipping method you use. Box just said HTG on the label so it wasn't like anyone knew what was inside. Good quality equipment. Hope this is what you were looking for.

Just place your order man. They are pretty reliable although usually its tough to get them on the phone.(well, thats been my experience) if they mess up really bad they will just send you a free bulb or 2. out of the 3 orders i have done with them it usually takes a week for them to actually process and ship it though so if you need your order fast go somewhere else but all in all they are solid IMO

i have had great results with htg.. my order usually gets here in like four days or so after i make my order online.. ships right to the addy i give them, and nothing bad is on the outside of the box.. i like htg supply, have ordered multiple times online and have never had an issue..

I've ordered from them several times and buy almost all my stuff from them. It's like anything anything else, it takes a week or so to get to you.

I've ordered a few things from HTG they always are quick to ship. The product was of high quality also.

Not to mention. Sunday, UPS, FedEx, USPS, closed, as well as yesterday. Federal holiday.

That's exactly right, they usually ship the next day after payment and the transit time depends on where you live. I'd say like 95% of all my "hardware" has come from them and they are fantastic, but I've only ordered online so I don't know about the customer service.

As I'm writing this, there's an exhaust fan with carbon filter and high output flourescents from them running 24 hours a day. And under the lights, there's like this green leafy thing that just keeps getting bigger, it's like some sort of weed or something!!

ordered alot from them fast shipping no problems.
