Aphid problems in the sixth week of flowering

I am late into flowering and have just noticed what seems to be the first signs of aphids.... X.X

there are no spots on the leaves... but I check my plants everyday and realized that a few of the leaves had some bugs on it.... I pinched those off and pulled them out

I know this isn't going to fix the problem and I don't want my grass to taste bad, so what should I spray on them?

I have some neem oil, but fear that neem oil will take too long.

Well that may explain why I can't find anymore.... it seems to be pretty contained with only one plant demonstrating an infection..... is it possible to eradicate the population with co2?

yes it is possible to eradicate through co2, Although unhatched eggs will not be effected by the co2 as they have not hatched yet.

If it is only one plant you should be able to eradicate easily.

sounds like fungus gnats not aphids. you would have to generat co2 in the 10,000ppm range and it's expensive. it could hurt you as well. fungus gnats don't live long. if you put perlite or sand to a depth of 1" on top of the soil they will die out. there are sprays but i wouldn't use anything stronger than soapy water on flowering plants.
