Aphids or Spide Mites?

Well this is my first time at growing my own beautiful herbs, and until the last week everything has gone swell. I slowly started noticing small bugs crawling on my plant and i attempted to remove them by hand. Sadly that did not work out so great, so I went out and bought myself natural pest control spray but im not quite sure if i should use it.

If anyone could give me advice on how to remove the pest i would greatly appreciate it!

Thanks ahead of time!555.jpgDank1.jpgdank3.jpgdank2.jpg

This may not be the organic version but price seems right? Organic Neem oil: saw at HD & Lowes looks like a 8 ounce brown medicine bottle.

yeah I'd say it's not mites. With shit balls that big I'm almost tempted to say caterpillars.
