aprox when should i harvest!

Hey guys can you all judge and give an aprox time for harvest? i have no idea when i should start to flush. First time grow let me know what you think.... Also guna sound rookie but when does the bud come all i see is alot of crystal and pistall

See what they look like in 3 weeks...also to your question "when does the bud come" - the pistils ARE the bud (basically everything on that 2nd pic minus the leaves is the bud...)
