is it okay to have some red aquarium lights for my grow during veg and flowering stages? i have read some posts saying they have put aquarium lights in there during the "off" ilght schedule. since i will be getting home by the time the light schedule is off and still want to look at them and take care of them

Green i think is the only spectrum of light that is ok during the dark period of flower. IF you are still vegging it wont matter, Someone else may concur but I am pretty sure a green light would be the only acceptable light.

You can not use any light inside the chamber at night besides a GREEN light. The red light spectrum is apart of the required spectrum for a flowering female. So in turn it could jack it up. If you want to go in at night, only use green light. Hey that ryme sounded good, a little ring to it, like "It rubs the lotion on its skin or it gets the hose again" LOL. Anyway, Im high. Just use green, peace. Go GREEN PEACE!
