had some bad problems with root rot in dwc, now with aero ive heard to use aquashield to prevent it, along with cool res temps. is there anything on the market thats better?

I had root rot before and had to scrap everything.. am using h202 now but read that i could be taking a loss on yeild by using it. (when i could be breeding benificial bateria in my rootzone to aid the plants health, keep root rot away and increase root mass) I have cool res temps now so im thinking of discontinueing h202 and using hygrozyme or aquasheild

if you don't plan on having microbes then h2o2 is good. I'm sure you don't since everything is synthetic. Otherwise any enzymatic formula, like hygrozyme, that breaks down dead stuff will be good.

this is all you need for DWC, h202 only worked for me till I some how acquired brown algae, this fixed it all. Plus the roots exploded with growth. IMO make the tea.
