Are buds gonna grow out from the two long branches.i n the middle ?

It's my second grow I forgot where the buda come out from

Yup. The bud will grow on those branches. That's why you topped it, to grow two new big branches that will grow more nuggings.
 
So you topped your plant; turning the one biggest bud branch into two smaller bud branches which should theoretically yield more than the one bigger branch. So top each of those two branches and you'll create four smaller branches which should theoretically yield more than the two bigger branches you just topped.
