Are my buds screwed? Help!

39th day of flower
One of my plants buds are brittle to the touch. Last plant on right. Gorilla piss. When I rub my fingers over the buds the leaves come right off. I left the buds on that didn’t fall off easily. Tricomomes are still clear.

I think this plant is screwed! I’m so . Too much led light and nute burn I think? Plants next to it had the same feed water schedule. I just flushed her with 4 gallons of plain ph 6.0 water and re-fed at 1/2 strength of Fox farms recommended soil chart. Do you think she will recover? What should I do?

The plants on the left look good.

Here is a plant next to it.

The description of leaves rubbing right off brittle buds sounds like mold. Bud rot. But the low humidity has me stumped.

Is there good airflow and extraction?

Under a scope I see crystal clear tricomomes. No mold that I can see. If anything, this plant has had the least amount of humidity compared to the others. Some of the buds were so dry you could pick it and smoke it. Some still have some green leaves so I left them. Maybe I shaved her to hard when flowering started. She was a bushy girl!
Questions:
Can the plant recover any good bud growth yet? I have 3 weeks of flowering to go.
Should I cut her down? I’m so bummed.

Here is what she looked like 10 days ago. (Last plant on right)

Here is the only major change that I made 10 days ago.
Here she is 10 days ago.

From day one I never watered any of the plants more then the fabric pots would get damp. Five plants would get one gallon of water divided between them every three days. To me they got plenty wet. Never did they ever get bone dry. Never did I water anyone of them so much where there was an overflow that needed to be removed. But 10 days ago, thinking there might be salt buildup or something I did a heavy watering like three times my normal watering with 6.1 ph plain water to all them. I had always watered them at 6.4 ph since the start. Orange runoff colored water came out of all them with a ph of 5.8-5.9. Could I have activated all the nutes in the soil doing that runoff? The other plants look fine?

Also, these plants have been touching each other for a long time. Others show no sign of this at all.

Are these buds good for anything. They do have tricomomes on them.

This is like an episode of Unsolved Mysteries. I'm backing off my other post pointing to possible Botrytis. Something fried that plant and quickly. It's possible that there was an unmixed chunk of something in the soil of that one plant that got dissolved/released once you provided enough water. That would explain why it only affected one plant. I'll just say that FFOF is a very inconsistent product. I've used it quite often. Some bags germinate seeds just fine while others burn the crap out of seedlings. I don't think it's always mixed very well. I've had different bags that looked like different soil. I'd still move that plant just to be safe.

My gut says nute burn or heat burn. I'm not really seeing the copper leaves of phosphorus burn but drying out and falling off sounds kinda like it. Old timers always say less is more.
