23s Suck And Are Only Good For Seeding Stage, U Need 32 Or Better For Veg And I Recomend Either Investing In Like 5-10 32s Or 42 Watt Cfls Or Buying At Least A 400 Watt Hps Lighting System For Flowering If U Wanna See Any Buds

im not planning on flowering indoors, or vegging for very long, my plan is:
have my Lowryder 2 indoors till they have a foothold so i can put em outdoors, then when my G13 get big enough, i shall select 1 female to clone off of, and that plant alone will stay indoors just to give cuttings, everything else will go outdoors

Well Thats A Great Idea Cuz Natural Sunlight Is The Best Thing For A Plant And Its Health, But Remember Watch Out For Theives And The Law, I Know Low Ryder Plants Run Short Hints The Name But Still Make Sure They R Not Exposed!

Shook, from everything I've read so far, my first thought was that it might not be a light issue. Baby seedlings don't require much light; for that reason I would suggest that there is another reason for the slow growth. At the same time, to make sure ('cause it's hard to tell from here 
) get those plants closer to the lights. Those lights are only effective for a short distance so put something under your containers or something to get them closer. At least then you'll be able to eliminate light as the problem if they still do not grow properly. (Incidentally, I see you were thinking that the light intensity might be causing slow growth - that's definitely not it, I can promise you.) Use plain water (no nutes) to water/flush them if you're not already as it sounds like this was an issue. I'm not sure I understand what you're using for soil, but if it's something decent and you keep flushing them with plain water and get the lights closer there is little else you can do. The good news is that, you're planting them outdoors so if you can squeek them through this they'll be fine.

i didnt mean the light intensity was too high, it was that the light intesity is too low, this is the soil i am using:

So the plan is:
1. Raise the plants closer.
2. Increase plain water flow.
3. remove rock fertilizer on top.

Yes, remove the fertilizer. It's not that you should increase regular water flow. It's a process called leaching that I typically perform at least once during veg and flower cycles. Flushing with 2-3x container volume with plain water will remove excess nutrients if the soil is too hot. This is a good way to satisfy your plants if they show signs of overfertilization, and as ativas pointed out, seedlings need very few nutes.

im starting to think that i am burning my plants, it's quite warm in there, and the leaves look burnt, also i broke one of my cfl's last night, stepped on the damn thing (lesson learnt), im gonna create more airflow around my plants, and im going to canadian tire to buy some new soil or perlite, or somethin

ya i dont think flushing will get rid of the nutes because it's slow release rock fertilizer which means the more water that touches it the more fert is released, it would take a shitload of water to dissolve all the fert. But ive decided on getting vermiculite, to add to the soil i already have.

yep, but im still learnin, for my new seedlings im taking out as much rock fert as i can, then add vermiculite for good drainage, then im gonna add some more air movement. i think air movement is the problem.

Hope I catch you in time for this ... If you're going to Canadian Tire, get ProMix - it's amazing for growing cannabis - quite popular with experienced growers. ProMix HP and ProMix BX are the best choices but I've never seen them at Canadian Tire. They do have ProMix Potting and Seeding Mix which I use when I can't get one of the others; it works just as well. Good Luck!

ya the canadian tire near me is big, i dont think ive seen too many other candian tire stores, but this could be the largest in my province, so im not sure, look:

But im not gonna be going to get anything anyways, i believe i saw promix BX at Rona today, but it was a HUGE damn block of it, so there was no way i could get it.
