Are my girls ready to flower?

Yea you can take clones when you enter flowering on Friday, just make sure you are very clean. Even if your plants look stick-like, they will still flower well. They have 8+ weeks ahead of them. You can clone more in the future as well during flowering to get some plants to veg before your harvest.

Ummmmm for straight 12/12 how long do you get from planting to finish (can this be done in under 2 months)?

If you had a source of seeds, doing a sea of green would be increadbly easy for you. Just plant 2 seeds every week, and harvest 2 plants every week. However, when you do 12/12 clones or seeds, taking clones tend to be difficult. If you had a second room and had a small mother plant, you could keep the light in your tent 12/12 all the time. Save electricity, constantly harvest. But this requires you setting up a second room for mother. Not too big, just enough for one or two cfls, and some air movement.

oh im definitely planning that haha but you dont think I could have a solid 12/12 room, and just cut me some babies and go 12/12 with them too?

Off topic, but does cutting each generation effect any things?

When you go 12/12 with a clone or seed, there really isn't much side branching. The plant grows like a massive cola. Don't depend on taking clones off no-veg plants. Thats the one down side. Any clone taken is genetically the same as the parent, as long as no heavy stress is present. If you stress it, it might hermie, but that's with any plant.
